Contemporary businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and government agencies require talented leaders to establish, implement, and oversee their cybersecurity structure and manage the people and processes that support it. In this program, students will explore principles of successful project management, leadership and organizational management, how to analyze and utilize financial statements, risk management and compliance frameworks, and cybersecurity operations management. Students who successfully complete the project management courses will be prepared to take the CompTIA Project+ and Security+ certification exams..

Program-level Learning Goals

• Devise and implement cybersecurity frameworks in public and private businesses, and not-forprofit and governmental entities.

• Apply the five stages of effective project management administer and regulate project activities, tasks, and processes.

• Interpret financial and accounting information to support managerial decision-making.

• Combine best practices in leadership and management to lead people, processes, and projects.
