MGT 525 - Organizational Behavior (3)A study of the broad aspects of organizational behavior and implementation of learnings from course material. Focus areas include acquiring the skills to understand the dynamics of people and groups within organizations; the importance of self-assessment and self-awareness in work settings; overview of governance-structure, roles, responsibilities, and alignment as it affects industry; and an overview of managing and motivating individuals and teams.
