Introduction to principles of kinematics, dynamics, machines, energy, momentum, heat, oscillations, waves, sound, and fluids. Applications to biomechanics and to energy generation, storage, and transfer. Lecture and three-hour laboratory. Prerequisite(s); if any: One of the following: MAT 124 or MAT 151 or MAT 201 or placement into MAT 151 or MAT 201 or higher on the UC Math Placement test.
