(Bachelor of Arts Degree)
The Philosophy program will help students develop into critical, independent thinkers who will make positive contributions to their communities by using the information available to them to form good judgments. Because we now have unprecedented access to information, the department aims to equip students with the skills necessary to engage in a critical analysis and interpretation. Students should have thoroughly justified reasons for believing what they believe and be capable of critically engaging with others’ beliefs.
Total credit hours required for degree: 120
