WAE 307 - Community and Consumer Health (3)

The course is designed to give students an overview of community and consumer health issues and practices for individuals and communities, and their implications on overall health and wellness. Topics that impact health such as culture, heritage and socioeconomic level, chronic and communicable diseases will be explored. Consumer health issues and practices, health products and services, and consumer protection will be analyzed. Prerequisite(s); if any: WAE 101
