PSY 256 - Principles of Behavior Change (3)

Study of laboratory-derived techniques used in the modification of human behavior. Emphasis placed on the application of behavioral techniques to maladaptive behavior, with extensions to one’s own behavior and society as a whole. Theory and application discussed.
